Google MapsDefinitely not enough reviews here to reflect Belinda and her team of greatness! I was introduced here more than 12 months ago coming out surgery/ORIF from a broken ankle and multiple fractures in my tibia. PAIN was very high and no land based gym helped with that. Hence my intro to Hydrotherapy as advised by my pain specialist. Well well well! I was very skeptical and difficult to be around sometimes but Aquaphys and Belinda's team were patient. They took me through a vast step by step guide. Their tolerance is to be commended. Water therapy and hydro-excercise without doubt was the WOW factor for my pain. It takes time but my pain slowly became much better. The heated pool/flotation massages, routine assessments and competency of Aquaphys I cannot say enough. Highly recommended to anyone who has pain issues and has tried everything else except hydrotherapy. Do yourself a favor and call AQUAPHYS. I am very grateful to all the team for their efforts and will not forget everything and more I have learned along the way. Again, it takes time a little commitment and a good listening ear. Water was the difference for me, I hope it is for you as well! To Belinda, Bronwyn, Jools, Emily and Linda THANK YOU! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Google MapsLooking for a GREAT physio? Look no further! I started going to Aquaphys because a number of doctors had suggested I take up swimming and start physio. Here at Aquaphys I was able to do both under the expert guidance and treatment of Belinda. Her commitment to seeing me return to full health after an injury to my lumbar spine was comforting and motivating (sometimes you think the pain will just never go away) whilst her approach to my treatment was compassionate, calculated, professional and results driven. Ultimately, Aquaphys care, are friendly and are committed to seeing you get better. I cannot recommend their services highly enough, the progress I have made in a short amount of time is mind-blowing. Ps, being back in the pool after many years was fantastic!
