Sharing my own personal journey here. In July 2021, I made a decision to change my health for a healthier lifestyle. I contacted Beth and a personal trainer. Beth looked after all my dietician needs. Her consultation is thorough and you can feel Beth’s passion to helping people change. I started out at 106kgs, Beth helped understand food choices, serving sizes and overall what was best for me. We set a goal to achieve 90-92kgs by the end of the year, to which I weighed in at 90.9kgs. If you want a high level of professional service, a friendly and relatable laugh, see the team at Arubah.
