I arrived right at opening and was seen within 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional. The facility was very clean. ARNP Karen is very competent. She listens didnt rush through the visit.

The staff and doctor was very helpful and caring and helped me for much better from when I frist came there I left feeling like myself again.

I arrived before they opened at 7:55 am. The doors were locked so, I got back in my car for 5 minutes. At 8:00 am. when I went back to the front doors they were unlocked. I was their first patient with a reservation today and I can checked into the system right away. I was surprised they require people to wear a mask still. But, I guess that is a good idea because people could be contagious when they go there. The triage nurse was not very friendly. I got the feeling that either she was having a bad day already or she just didn't want to be there that day. Karen, the nurse practitioner was kind and has a great bedside manner. She asled a lot of questions before examining me. She came to the diagnosis that I have a sinus infection, which was what I suspected when I arrived as well. She ordered some meds to my pharmacy and I was free to leave. Over all a pleasant experience.

I was very pleased with the service and care I received from the entre staff. Both of the women at the front desk were very patient and courteous with me. They listened to what my husband had to say in explaining my condition as we were hoping to receive a different treatment. The physician that saw me was also very kind and comforting. She was able to prescribe a different treatment that hopefully will get me through this ordeal that I have been suffering from for nearly 3 weeks. After having a disappointing experience at Hershey Med Center's ER that left me frustrated, the staff at AFC made me feel like they truly cared about me. I would love to know why they never told me my blood pressure. It's always pristen. They let me leave there not knowing I had stage two hypertension. I only found out reading results on line and other stuff with my urine I was unaware of. That's scary they didn't tell me
