Google MapsI paid for this company's services without having any reference about them and it proved to be a huge mistake. Nikhil Patel, one of the accountants told me i would be getting a relevant amount of money in my tax return just to get me to pay for their fees. A week later they told me i had to pay to the ATO and he was totally indifferent to my situation and didn't care about being decent and professional and admitting their mistakes which, after checking with other accountants, i learned they had been really basic mistakes born of lack of knowledge and interest. They clearly just tell you what you want to hear to charge you their fees and then they dont even return emails or calls. Nikhil Patel is the most unprofessional person i have ever met and i really hope no one ever employs their services ever again. They just dont care about anything but making their money and that is why the company will never grow past the horrible office they are located at. I am still waiting for him to answer my emails but he hangs the phone the moment i tell him its me. DO NOT GO TO ASTRA CONSULTING.
