I have shared mutual clients with Astute Living Care, I must say I appreciate how well they know their stuff when it comes to mental illness and supports under NDIS. They always go above and beyond and pay attention to details when it comes to our mutual clients

do they offer after hours services - only in emergencies or on urgent basis meaning that if you want a carer on the weekend you cant just dial up and organise it .... it has to be pre organised do they work on weekends? no apparently not - as i was told meet and greets arent done on weekends do they speak fluent english ? no person was very hard to understand over the phone for a person with autism and and an intellectual disability
