Corey also gave me lots of personalised training advice based on my results and upcoming event which was really helpful and left me feeling confident and motivated to implement better hydration and fuelling strategies. Corey has been very accommodating and flexible for any last-minute requests and alterations to the training plan. It is also super convenient having the recovery center right next door with an epic sized sauna and plunge pools.
