Would have been nice if when I ordered online there was some indication that they were out of stock of the essential medical items I rely on for daily functioning. Instead it just allowed my $2000 order and payment to go through, then 4 days after it was due for delivery, I eventually received less than 1/12 of my order. Followup customer service was rubbish. Will never order from this company again.

I would have given no stars except that was not an option. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Promises not kept. I had to keep chasing them. I had to keep chasing them to get my order despatched. Promised order would arrive by Friday. I rang on Friday, not despatched. Said it would be despatched on Friday and they would send me tracking no. Rang on Monday, still not despatched until after I called. Said it would arrive by Thursday. Finally sent me tracking no. Says order will arrive by Saturday.
