ClickabilitySam from Aurora has supported our son & myself for 2.5 years now. Sam’s approach with his face to face meetings is essential to us. Sam is non judgmental, understanding & a welcome relief to discuss the difficult behaviours that ruled our house. The first meeting, my son threw out a few insults. Sam calmly met him at his own level, found his interests & from then on our son looked forward to future visits & their walk to the local bread shop. Our son has since left home. He manages well, but frequently gets himself into “situations”. Thankfully Sam is there to talk to, helping guide us with positive solutions & more affective ways to communicate in a less confronting way. We have a good relationship with our son now & receive regular calls. I highly recommend Sam for his level of experience, patience & care.
