Google MapsAmazing Facility Amazing food Amazing service Amazing care I recently visited a very close friend of mine who lived and been taking care of by Auscare. I stayed there for a full half a day just to make sure my friend was being genuinely cared for, my observations were. 1. very clean spacious facility compared to others 2. the food was amazing,healthy indeed, on this particular day grilled fish, healthy boiled vegetables and cheesecake for desert was served. I joked around with the lady who was the chef and said she should enter MKR because the food looked and tasted amazing. I was kindly offered a serving 3. i had a sense not only my friend but the other cared for people felt like they were all family. a lot of respect, humour, and friendship was felt not only with the care guest but the management reciprocated this as well. i was caught by surprise because it felt like home. 4. i was delighted to see a billiard table in the recreation room and i played against some of the talented guests so that was great to see that a pool table is there for any one to use. 5. i have to praise the workers and the management because they all had personality and tolerance to everyone in the facility i personal highly recommend Auscare Cotlew street for anyone who needs to be admitted to such a facility. My mind can rest now, as i know my dearest friend is being looked after in a homely friendly environment!!!! Congratulation to the owners and management of this amazing facilty

Google MapsI have visited a number of assisted living facilities and must say that this is hands down one of the best! The staff really care for the residents and it shows in their daily interactions and the way they go above and beyond with their support. You can also see how appreciative the residents are in the way they interact with each other. Beautiful large clean property with plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces. Highly recommend!

I have visited the facility on many occasions and the vibe is welcoming here and the staff always have a smile on their faces and are very helpful and friendly in every way. They have fresh food cooked on a daily basis. Their rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. There is always a buzz here the residents are lovely to have a chat with.
