Purchased AMD headband masks for $230 that ended up being so tight they were unwearable - wrote to AusMed who confirmed that was an issue they were aware of but they offered no refunds for open boxes (even though the masks themselves are individually sealed which they sell on their site). How can I try on a mask without opening the box?? Also, why are they advertising "comfortable more breathable" masks if they are aware they are actually unwearable and have lots of customers trying to return them? I had to go through an incredibly lengthy refund process to do not recommend at all.

Excellent customer service from Frank, I arranged local collection from the warehouse, and we were given great after sale set up advice and support.

I cannot talk highly enough about this company. I purchased 2 boxes of the AMD P2 masks as we were travelling to the US. The post office sent me a text letting me know they had been delivered but they had not. I contacted AusMed and they informed me that the post office was having some problems but they had been sent and would be there in the next day or two. Unfortunately we were flying out that night, when Paul found out about this he jumped in his car and personally delivered two boxes to me in the city. Extremely grateful and would recommend this company to anyone!

I bought box of AMD P2 Masks and Some of N95 BYD From this company they really helpful and efficient. Roger the warehouse manger is really nice guy reply my email really quickly and send the parcels out by express I receive on the second day. What a wonderful service. I’ll back for more masks when I finish this lot. Thanks AusMed Health. Great stuff.

Outstanding service! Ordered an air mattress on the Friday - had it by the following Tuesday. Price and freight cost was also great. Personalised service and fantastic response. Highly recommend!
