I simply cannot find one fault with Aussie Gardening & Cleaning, Ropes Crossing, NSW. I have used them twice recently, first to do my lawns etc and today to trim back and shape some overgrown trees. The girls, Peta and Jess done an absolute amazing job with enthusiasm and professionalism. The girls were so, so lovely and no job too hard or too much trouble for them. They were very, very kind. My front yard looks fantastic and I am very happy with the work they carried out. I am excited knowing that Aussie Gardening & Cleaning will continue to be used by me for the next twelve months and hopefully longer. My lawns also look fantastic thanks to Scott and Michael. You have an amazing Team Scott, one of which you should be very proud. Maree

I have used Aussie Gardening and cleaning for many years and they have always been responsive, thorough, and accommodating. I could not recommend their team more highly for your gardening and cleaning needs!

Incredibly disappointed.. my first few cleaning services were amazing, until that cleaner left. Ever since, most of my services result in a phone call saying the cleaner that was booked is now off sick/ having car troubles, or the job being canceled (or just people not showing up yet still being charged for it and having to prove this). The jobs are never completed as requested and don't expect them to get back to you when you report a problem. My last incomplete job (on the 16th of March) was reported to the gardener who did the job, who said the manager would be in touch the following day.. two weeks later and attempts to contact them almost every day, and I am still waiting for the manager to at least message to say that they are investigating. Booking through Aussies Gardening & Cleaning creates more work than they actually complete.

I’ve been using Aussie gardening and cleaning for a few years, I am on NDIS due to having a rare vascular disorder. The first 2 or so years was great when I had my usual cleaner (Cristina) that came weekly and would leave my house spotless every time. Within the last 6-12 months my usual cleaner was fired, and I have since had different cleaners each week. Majority of the time, not cleaning my house properly. A few months ago, I booked an end of lease cleaning which some how amounted to over $1,000. I did not get a single cent back from my bond as the house was not cleaned properly and ALOT of things were not even done AT ALL but was told it I didn’t pay the full amount for the clean they would not resume my weekly cleans even though I had recently dislocated/broken my shoulder and needed extra support for cleaning. I did try (my support coordinator aswell) reason with them and offer to only pay for the cleaning that was actually completed, but again, was told if I did not pay the full amount they would not resume my usual weekly cleans. Just recently I spent 5 weeks in hospital after having life saving surgeries and my NDIS support coordinator reached out during the first few days of me being in hospital to Aussie gardening and cleaning and advised all services will be discontinued until further notice or until I reached out (as we weren’t sure how long I was going to be in hospital) after three weeks, they came to my house while no one was home, done a clean and charged me even though I had never reached out to continue services. Due to all of this, I have decided to completely stop using this service and find someone else. Severely disappointed in the treatment I’ve received especially over the last few months. I would not recommend this service.

An agreement was made for house cleaning every fortnight using the same cleaner(s) so that we felt comfy and at ease, being able to trust them in the house. Over the 7 months that we used them, there was 9 fortnightly appointments cancelled on short notice and in excess of 10 different cleaners used. It is very disappointing and inconvenient as what started out good, quickly turned into a nightmare. I am afraid that we cannot recommend their cleaning services at all.
