Avoid this company, my mother was told that she no longer required the dressings we ordered for her, so I tried to return them only to be told they don’t accept returns. So we have wasted over $100 dollars and were told to just give them to the hospital!!! The terms and conditions do state that and I was told that they couldn’t run a business if they kept accepting returns. Yes that’s ok if the order was dated but we were told of the change before we even received the goods and contacted them immediately they were received to try to return them with all the packaging still sealed! Very poor customer service and a rather rude lady on the phone.

I hate writing bad reviews, but this company is misleading. They have sent the wrong product and refuse to acknowledge it. I ordered a very specific product from their website showing the description with a picture with the name and code on it. It clearly shows the correct product that I (urgently) needed for my disabled son- see pictures showing matching codes and pics. Because it was urgent I had to pay an extra $81 for delivery. All up costing me $414 up front for the product - ( I had to buy a box of 30) It was urgent so I did not have a choice. PROBLEM IS- I did not receive what I ordered, the code was correct but the product inside did not match the picture and was very different - see pics. They refuse to admit that there own ad is incorrect, including the advertised price of $259 with free delivery, I paid $330 with extra agreed fast delivery. They also will not return my emails after I showed proof that they had sent the wrong product.
