Google MapsAvoid this company, my mother was told that she no longer required the dressings we ordered for her, so I tried to return them only to be told they don’t accept returns. So we have wasted over $100 dollars and were told to just give them to the hospital!!! The terms and conditions do state that and I was told that they couldn’t run a business if they kept accepting returns. Yes that’s ok if the order was dated but we were told of the change before we even received the goods and contacted them immediately they were received to try to return them with all the packaging still sealed! Very poor customer service and a rather rude lady on the phone.
