Google MapsI dropped in this morning before work to grab something to help with a tight calf and was met by Sky who let me in even though technically they were closed. Sky was great !! Had a wealth of knowledge and helped me get everything I needed.

Google MapsBUYER BEWARE Recently bought a table online - paid online invoice stated I was entitled to "free shipping" but I was told I needed to pay a further $450 freight because of being a bulky item - apparently the website cant calculate shipping and there was a banner saying extra freight may need to be paid. Ok, so why put entitled to free shipping on the invoice - if the item is known to be bulky! Customer service only happened when I initiated it - ringing to see if they had received my extra freight payment and to request a copy of the paid invoice (that also had a $0 against shipping and handling); when I rang to see where the order was even though a rough timeline of 4 - 6 weeks had been flag. I have gotten better shipping updates for books I have bought online!!. I will not be a repeat customer ever which reflects both how much money I spent and my disappointment. I would have thought a professional organization would have had a higher standard of performance from online website through to customer service. We will see how much longer it will take for my table to arrive after this review and being labeled a "difficult customer".

Google MapsZero customer service - the sales assistants were chatting and swinging on their chairs! No one asked me if I needed assistance at all! Made my choice - paid and was told people prefer helping themselves!
