I have been an NDIS client with Authentic Life Care for approximately a year now. I think any would be hard pressed to find a more caring, flexible, respectful and as the name says “Authentic “ disability provider. For good reason they pride themselves on being professional and thoughtful, as my circumstances have changed again and again at every step they have adapted and ensured I have always felt supported and my needs met. Ainian has gone above and beyond ensuring that I have not navigated life with a disability feeling disempowered. They are always up to date with all the information needed to well support their clients and their support team has been thoughtful, respectful and most of all all have a genuine passion for what they do. There are so many incompetent and disappointing providers out there and being put in contact with a support team such as “Authentic Life Care” has been a blessing, not just to me but all my friends and family feeling confident that I am well supported (especially in such trying times).
