David has been doing a wonderful job, he has organised a lot of help for my eldest child and has kept everything flowing regarding the NDIS the supports and any other needs. I can not imagine trying to source all of this myself. David is such a great support and so friendly. I called them for my son's support coordinator needs, they said they could do it and that they were hiring someone new in a few months who could support him. Then within 6/7 months they have sent an email ( I didn't even receive a call) that they wouldn't be supporting him anymore because he only had level 2 support. They also made the person they hired redundant. This company doesn't want to support they want money. Thank you very much for messing us around for 6 months when we could be building up a relationship with someone who was willing to support him.

My son was matched with Pierre from the first meet and greet with Pierre we knew he was the one for our son he was patient, kind, caring he showed initiative he showed genuine interest he was able to keep up with him he recognised behaviours and Gio was very excited to meet him fast forward a month later and they are like 2 peas in a pod it’s beautiful seeing their bond grow with every passing time he sees him he has just been an absolute gem that we needed so thank you so much and if I were to recommend anyone it’s definitely Pierre.
