Google MapsOur son loves the Holiday programs, awesome friendly staff and close by. Everywhere is short staffed these days so be kind. Tracey and Verna are superstars ⭐️⭐️

Google MapsMy son attends Autism Alliance school holiday programs for a few years now, and he loves it! The level of service provided there is exceptional. The staff is dedicated, caring, and highly committed to supporting children with autism. It’s a great respite relief for working parents during term breaks knowing our kid is in safe hands and having fun. The programs are interesting and engaging. There are very limited school holiday programs resources in WA, and Autism Alliance is a great service provider, meeting our needs. Highly recommended for families seeking reliable care and support for their loved ones with special needs.

Google MapsAfter using their services on and off for two or so years, I was disappointed with my most recent experience with this organisation. My son was booked into a social skills group for Wednesday afternoons - or so I thought. I contacted them on the day they were meant to start to confirm, but was informed that the session was not running on that particular day - and had never been scheduled for Wednesdays altogether. After forwarding the correspondence to the manager (via reception) that showed my son was booked in, with Wednesdays clearly stated, I received no response from anyone. Poor communication internally and zero care factor for clients it would seem. My son was very disappointed he couldn't attend but in hindsight I'm relieved Autism Alliance won't be receiving any of our NDIS funding.
