the assessment i recieved from here was very unaffirming and i felt infantalised throughout the assessment and in my report. they also provide very limited support recommendations and from my experience, the report was not comprehensive and got many basic facts about myself that i had clarified wrong. i had thought this was the standard experience until my neurodivergent partner recieved their own diagnosis from a different practice. if you are suspecting that you have autism, go somewhere else.

1 star is generous. I booked my son in for an autism assessment in March, with an appointment scheduled for July. At 7pm the night before the appointment, I received an email advising that it had been cancelled and that I would be contacted with "next steps". The next day, nobody called. I called multiple times and was repeatedly told someone would call me back. They never did. The following day, I finally received a call and was told they didn't have the capacity to reschedule my son's appointment and that I would need to find another provider. I had already paid $2,000. I had spent hours completing paperwork, and my son's teacher had also spent time completing questionnaires. All of that pales in comparison to the stress this caused my 9-year-old son. He had been looking forward to this appointment for months. We'd built it up as a positive milestone that would help us better understand his needs and access the right support. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, failing to communicate with us afterwards, and then telling us to start again elsewhere after months of waiting was incredibly disappointing. 0 out of 5. Would never recommend.
