Google MapsHello, Just wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent support and customer service I received from James Pridham when I contacted your company on Wednesday last week. Not only did he answer questions without being overly optimistic about the likely outcome (no aggressive sales pitch) but he also suggested options that would have been local and / or cheaper as well (we had them all in place but the suggestion was appreciated). As I was from interstate he apologised that a trial could not be arranged (which wasn’t expected) and then arranged for the item to be express posted directly to my mother. She received the lifter cushion on Friday and on Saturday my sister sent me a video of my mother getting out of her chair independently and pain free. This item has made a huge difference us. My sister can return to work on Monday reassured that Mum won’t be trapped in a chair and unable to get a drink, something to eat or go to the toilet. Thank you again for the friendly, professional and quick service. We appreciate it.

Google MapsWe recently purchased the "Safety Sleeper" from Avant for our son, who has lots of excess movement due to severe CP. We now know that he is safe to sleep while we are travelling, and it's so easy to assemble that we even use it for over night stays! Dealing with Avant was so easy, it was great to get friendly service! Highly recommend both the Safety Sleeper and Avant Innovations.

We hired the Tiralo 2 beach wheelchair for Summer 2020 and to say the Tiralo 2 is life changing is an understatement! The absolute joy it brings to people with restricted movement, who until the Tiralo 2 had not experience a day at the beach or a swim in the ocean, is priceless.
