Back On Track, WOW. What a facility and what a team. I’ve been suffering with knee pain and lower back pain for sometime. It’s been holding me back from what I love to do which is be in the gym and push myself. Initial consultation with Roslyn completely blew me away! She was so informative about why I was feeling the pain I was feeling, extremely patient in taking time to explain things to me and exceptional at relieving me of the pain I was feeling! I walked out of the facility feeling brand new, fully mobile and free from stiffness and pain in my lower back! I would highly recommend her for any pain or niggles you might have! Thanks Ros!

This is my second visit here I have had so much pain in my knee and all my leg. Roslyn was great her knowledge and explaining to me the position of knee and the messages and the care she gave me was out of this world. I love back on track! I recently had a ACL construction and the physio Dom had helped me so much. Recovery has been so much easier and all staff are so welcoming and nice. Would definitely recommended for any rehab!
