Tenika has been extremely helpful in getting the right shower chair & toilet chair for my Mum. Provided a few options and asked questions about size of space etc which helped make an educated decision. Great store for the Browns Plains region and highly recommend visiting if you need assistance. It can be overwhelming finding things online so the help of Tenika has been amazing, thanks so much! I just have to give a huge shoutout to Tenika! We came into the store on Saturday to look at a power chair for my dad, and she went above and beyond for us. Even though she was clearly busy helping other customers, she never once made us feel rushed or unimportant. She took her time with us, listened, explained everything clearly, and made sure my dad felt comfortable and confident with his choice. And she did it all with a smile! This isn’t the first time we’ve been to the store, and Tenika is always up and ready to help, making sure everyone feels supported. You can really tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps, and it makes such a difference. Watching how she treated my dad.
