I am so frustrated at the moment. Balance mobility have too many fingers in the pie as far as service is concerned. My problem goes back at least 6 weeks. I feel the reason for this is their "overflow" system for phone calls. If the number you call is busy it gets directed to one of their other 2 stores. This morning I dialed Browns Plains only to get Tweed Heads. This afternoon I dialed Tweed Heads only to get Biggera Waters. No wonder I have been messed around they don't seem to have a central system. The receptionist This afternoon couldn't access the notes for this morning.
