Balance Group Australia Pty Ltd

Lovely Grace helped us choose some new wheels for my dad. Great service, thanks

For reasons beyond our control, I had to cancel my order for hire of a lift chair which had been paid for in full. No problems at all with Balance Mobility, one phone call and the full amount was refunded immediately. Definitely recommend this business. Many thanks.

I'm a support worker who took a client in with a screw missing from their wheel chair. The staff were very friendly and helpful and found a suitable screw and fixed it there on the spot. We are so appreciative of their prompt and friendly service.

Monique Holman was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient when I emailed about wheelchair hire. They were also very helpful in store when going through the different options available. Definitely recommend this store for their friendly team and wide selection of products.

Absolutely fantastic place and company. Staff are super helpful. I urgently required a piece of equipment for my 95 year old dad, I rang up and down the coast for one and every other place we went to were pathetic, wasted our time. Balance Mobility we accidentally called the Tweed Heads shop who immediately called the Biggera Waters shop and found the very last one for us. By the time we entered the store the staff were ready for us with the necessary equipment. It was such an enormous and wonderful relief. The staff were also friendly, they just made our purchase such a fantastic experience. Thank you, highly recommend this company for all your mobility equipment
