Purchased a new wheelie walker today from Balance Mobility in Biggera Waters. I was greeted by John upon entering and browsing the wheelie walker range (which was extensive!) and he helped me in selecting a walker to suit my needs (mostly indoor). He ended up choosing three for me to try, and took the time to adjust each one to the correct seat and handle height, which was so helpful, as I didn’t even realise that the seat could be lowered as I am short and he adjusted it so that my feet actually touched the floor! John was very helpful and patient and at no time did I feel rushed or pressured into purchasing anything. I will be returning soon to purchase a new electric wheelchair as their range was extensive and prices very reasonable. Absolutely recommend this store for anyone with disability equipment needs.

We popped in today to purchase a walker for my father in law. The staff were very kind and sensitive to his needs, and the significance of this step. They gave good advice and let us take our time testing out a few models before deciding on the one which suited him best. My husband and I were thankful for making this process as smooth as possible.

Very happy with our recent purchase. The store is huge! Well presented with a wide range of products. The sales staff were knowledgeable, friendly and patient while they assisted us to select the right products for our needs. From browsing through to receiving our items, we were kept updated - great customer service. Nathan who delivered our order was so polite and helpful with setting up and showing us how to use our bed. Definitely recommend!

This is a really nice store showcasing a wide range of specialist products for people with disabilities. The store is well set out, bright and inviting. It's easy to compare products and prices. However, what really stood out for me was the staff. Generally, in a business of this type, the retail staff only have a basic understanding of the most common products, and you end up speaking to multiple people to get answers to your questions. Not here. The retail staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful across all aspects of the business and product lines. I went in to ask about a specific, specialised wheelchair cushion, and the lovely lady who served me promptly went to get that cushion from the back and a couple of others to try. She even knew how to properly measure up the wheelchair for sizing. Was also able to answer questions about invoicing, shipping, recliners, and even mobile wheelchair servicing in my area. I'm so impressed. Will definitely be recommending this business to others.

I just wanted to scoot on by and say how great our experience was with Monique. It’s a pretty big decision picking out new wheels, so many things to think about, and we felt like the whole experience was seamless and we left feeling like we were heard and genuinely looked after, and a lot of suggestions we didn’t even think of ourselves. I don’t think anyone’s going to match my mum rolling up in her new ‘mazdarari’ on the curb ;)
