The building is very hot inside. I was told the aircon is automatically adjusted to the temperature outside. The staff CAN adjust the temp manually but it takes about an hour for changes to go through the building. It was not that cold outsde but everyone agreed it was uncomfortably hot inside. I could hardly bare it. Why not set the thermostat to a comfortable human body temperature, not some random outside temperature? Sick people are suffering because of a very odd system. Btw the staff ARE friendly and the coffee is worth getting sick for... ICED coffee preferred.

Phone system is Pathetic. I called at 8:40 and was caller no.1 left on hold for 35 mins and then probably lost somewhere in space and time who bloody knows. Because of this I couldn't get the help I needed and now I have to call back tomorrow just so I can go through the whole thing again. Not Good Enough.

Such a great experience at dentist's appointment today for my daughter. Dr. Anna and the team was delightful and great help at the reception... thanks BCH team

I consider here great dentist in Melbourne, dentists are expert in there job, i'm very happy after appointment, and i love the way they help me to fix my tooth
