Barone Pharmacy Woodcroft

This pharmacy is the best in the area. I began coming here years ago when they went above and beyond to correct a prescription error from the hospital. I get all my pharmacy needs here, and the prices are very competitive. Today, I had a prescription for antibiotics for my very sick daughter. Due to a shortage, the pharmacist called around to other pharmacies without success. They then contacted my doctor, who sent an electronic prescription. The service at this pharmacy is exceptional. Not many pharmacies show this level of care. Thank you so much

My experience was very good at the store, treated a little roughly - but they were a little busy with customers, so I took that as a one off, let's see what happens. I had my prescription, filled but it took at least 10 minutes maybe longer, but got all my items. Not bad will go back again as they are the closest to the house and easy to get too. See how we go. I would give 0 stars if possible. I went in today to get my medicine. The staff member was on the phone and looked irritated to be serving me. She was rude, dry and unwelcoming. Ruined my mood, how hard is it to have some basic customer service skills and treat people nicely? Staff should be retrained. I never write reviews for businesses but the way she treated me still has me angry inside. This is my local pharmacy but won’t be going back any more. Prices are also always higher than other places.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this pharmacy. The pharmacists take the time to answer my questions and make sure I understand my medications. The team is patient, kind, and genuinely cares about their customers. It’s refreshing to have a pharmacy where you feel valued and supported.
