Beaucare Inc

Have been ordering with Beaucare for several months . Aarron is a the end of the phone whenever i need any help .Nothing is too much trouble. Goods arrive on time. Really happy with the guys who erect the beds onsite. Would highly recommend

My customer partnership rep, Georgia, is absolutely brilliant at sorting any queries & always there when I need her. The products are good & competitively priced. Even the delivery men are very helpful. All in all, I would recommend the company.

I had an excellent experience with Beaucare. My initial call was answered quickly by Natasha and help was offered straight away which was then followed up promptly by email. Natasha was fantastic and arranged a call with an expert, Vicky, who discussed the sling options with me in detail and provided a really helpful advice. Both were incredibly friendly, professional and supportive and thanks to their outstanding customer service I was able to achieve exactly the outcome I needed at the time. Highly recommended.

We've worked with Beaucare for many years and have always found the company to be incredibly reliable and professional. Our allocated customer experience executive, Clare, is especially attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful—nothing ever feels like too much trouble. Over the years, we've also built a great rapport with the delivery drivers, who are always friendly and dependable. It’s reassuring to work with a team that consistently provides such excellent service.

Clare is a lovely lady who always goes out of her way to help. If you have a query she will do her utmost to find a solution. Clare keeps in touch with us weekly to make sure we are happy with everything and if something has been waiting a long time for approval she gives us the nod to prompt orders. I would highly recommend Beaucare for cleaning products. The deliveries are always on time and if there is an issue then Clare will ring us and let us know so we are never left without items.
