I booked an appointment with this provider for external supervision. Unfortunately, the appointment was cancelled only 30 minutes before the scheduled time due to a stated conflict of interest. Given that the appointment had been arranged a week in advance, I would have appreciated this being identified and communicated earlier. More consideration for my time and clearer communication would have made for a much better experience.
