Better N Beyond was recommended to me by a friend, when we had some ongoing issues with our previous co-ordinator. Shihab, from Better N Beyond has supported my son and our family as a whole for a short while now. He has acted professionally and respectfully at all times. He has great communication skills, and isnt afraid to ask the questions that are needed. He has a good understanding of complex needs, and how to build capacity with the client. I highly recommend this company for specialist support coordination.

They are a personalized housing support organization that understands that your disability title might be the same as others, but that you are completely different than anyone else. They tailor their carers and there care to match not just what your disability is but what is best for you. They have been fantastic in listening to us with my mentally disabled sister. Have listened to my sister and they have worked a beautiful plan of carers and living which supports my sister’s needs, what we recommend and what my sister wanted. Their carers actually care and are motivated, and have great ideas that they share to help us as a team/family grow. A truly wonderful organization that we call our extended family.
