I came into o2TESST intrigued, but not knowing anything about the tests. I had never done a test like this before. I wanted a baseline to set some fitness goals and improve my CrossFit performance. Roger explained the different testing options and the process for each to help me choose. I did the Vo2 max and lactic threshold tests. I was so nervous but it was actually fun! I got the results straight away and the data was in visual graphs so it was easy to read. Roger explained what the data meant, showed me my weaknesses and told me how I can improve. Roger was really supportive and helpful even after my testing was done. So I decided to also ask him for help with my nutrition needs too. He booked me in with one of the dieticians, Sammy, and she was incredible! She was so down-to-earth and could answer all of my questions. She considered my training, goals, lifestyle/routine and even my partner’s preferences. She made a meal plan with so many options. I have 3 options to choose from for each meal, each day, and a recipe for everything! I just can’t say how incredible Roger and Sammy have been, I’m so grateful for their wisdom and support! Couldn’t ask for more. 😊

I've been meaning to write a review after my testing session a few weeks back, as it was a great experience start to finish (though maybe not finished as it would be interesting to check progress at a later point too.) Roger was easy to communicate with and we had the testing booked in super efficiently. The set-up and testing at my place was also efficient and impressive, and Roger is professional and personable. I got lactate/VO2 info on the spot and also quick follow-up via email with detailed results, graphs and useful training advice for my progress as a middle-aged club cyclist wanting some baseline data. Can certainly recommend based on my experience.
