I had hurt my back carrying heavy groceries on a cold winter’s night & never felt this kind of pain before, tried to give it time but it got worse, thankfully found blue mountains family physiotherapy and saw Sarah, first session with her was wonderful, she was kind, warm, professional, informative and looked after me, she pinpointed the pain, massaged the inflamed joints in my thoracic spine & showed me effective stretches I could to help create movement but not cause further injury. I saw Chris a few days after for a follow up & he too was wonderfully kind, warm, professional and informative. This clinic is consistent with the care they apply to their patients, he also looked after me, massages and released some tightness in the inflamed joints and showed me more stretches I could do at home to recover better. I saw Sarah a few times more after & felt the pain subsiding, learnt some more effective stretches which are easy enough to do at home Am feeling back to myself now, and know it was from both the professional advice & care given to me from this clinic. I highly recommend this physiotherapy clinic if you’ve suddenly injured yourself, they will look after you! Thanks again Sarah & Chris! 😊
