We recently had bad smells coming from two bathroom toilets, and Blue Ribbon did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the issue. Our technician, Caleb Mock, was thorough, professional, and great at explaining exactly what was wrong with each toilet while getting everything repaired and cleaned up. After the work was completed, we received clear, well‑documented photos of the problems and repairs by email. Overall, outstanding service.

RIP OFF COMPANY!! GOUGING SOCIETY AND THEIR OWN NEIGHBORS! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING MONEY DOWN THE TOILET. They gave me an estimate of over $1000 just to replace bathtub fixtures, which I had already purchased the fixtures! There was even a cut out piece Of the Linen closet behind the toiletready to remove for the Guy to easily access the Plumbing. This company should be ashamed of their pricing gouging! They do not deserve a five star rating

Haiden came to look at our AC because it wasn't working. He came before and just like the first time he was very professional but also extremely friendly. He has a great personality. He again wore covers over his boots when entering the house. He found the problem got us a temporary fix so we can have an air conditioner unit until a more permanent solution could be done! I would certainly recommend him and Blue Ribbon air conditioning.
