I went to see Jack because of sharp pain between the shoulder blades and he was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He explained things really well so that I had a full understanding of what the issue was. I instantly felt better after my first treatment and he was really thorough in providing me stretching and strengthening exercises to do at home. Jack is a great physio who is a fantastic at getting to the source of the pain immediately!

After finding out I had lower back injury after a few months of unexplained pain, I started seeing Jack to help me get back to my regular movement and reduce my overall pain. Within just a few months of seeing him and following his recommended exercise progressions, I was back to my regular movements (and some) and became almost completely pain-free. Jack was great at matching his recommendations to my needs and my lifestyle and was always open to my feedback. He’s really easy to chat with and it’s clear he genuinely cares about making his patients feel comfortable during their visits. The front desk staff are also wonderful. I’d 100% recommend to anyone looking for an amazing physio in the area!
