Had my first appointment with Sarah yesterday and couldn’t recommend her or the clinic more! The receptionist was lovely, and Sarah was thorough and explained everything clearly so I felt really informed. Didn’t think it was possible to actually enjoy a physio appointment!

I was experiencing pain in both my knees, so I booked in with Jack. He is an experienced professional and very knowledgable, I highly recommend his service. Through some strength and flexibility tests was able to tell me exactly what the problem was in a way that was easy to understand. The exercise plan he gave me was digestible and easy to integrate into my weekly training plan. Through his explanation, I was able to understand which muscles were compensating and where my body has tightnesses, weaknesses, and imbalances. Now with the opportunity to work on my issue I’m walking into the gym with a greater understanding of the human body. I’m slowly building up my weaknesses, and my knee is feeling more stable already after only a week and a half of training. The receptionist was professional and the area was clean + welcoming. 5 star experience and will be coming back for help with any future problems.
