Absolutely Amazing! So professional, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive too. A bit of background- I have had ingrown toenails since I was in my early teens. Recent reoccurrence had me see a podiatrist at a different clinic - they did a shoddy job and I was feeling anxious.😟 A week later and it was worse than before I went to the local podiatrist. I then had to book a last minute appointment (at BPP) at the end of the day no less and was surprised they still had openings! They got me in with Aaron - so friendly, knowledgeable and great at explaining things. After initial consultation- a surgery was scheduled for the next day. Aaron was quite forthright and open about information on both the situation/state of my toenail as well as suggestions for treatments. And a permanent solution option. Next day - The surgery was fast and painless. Still in my recovery phase but they are giving ongoing support over phone/text too. Can’t express enough gratitude for the service and support they are providing - as well as the peace of mind! ❤️😊

Great service and a very positive experience! Not only did Aaron take care of the calluses on my feet, but he also took the time to explain why they were occurring in the first place and discussed practical options to address the underlying cause long term. What I appreciated most was the focus on prevention and education rather than simply treating the symptoms and telling me to come back in a few weeks. I left with a much better understanding of my feet and a clear plan for managing the issue going forward. Highly recommended.

I had my first appointment yesterday with Kathryn and she was amazing! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable through the whole session. She helped me understand my body better and it felt like she actually cared and wanted to help me get better long term! The space felt so nice and welcoming too which made me feel so relaxed.

Outstanding service from Aaron. Great outcome, he recommended a new insole which cost $500. Aaron made the first insole, it didn’t work and then did another one. I tried it on but wasn’t right for me. So he retrofitted padding on my existing sole and worked. Then the principal of the clinic Damien made contact and gave me a full refund of the insoles that were made, no argument or discussion. They just want the best outcome for their customers. Would highly recommend this clinic due to their ethical practices and knowledge
