Google MapsMy initial consultation was with Braydn, who I found to professional and thorough in his assessment of my condition. He made recommendations to put to my doctor. He initiated a mild exercise plan for me to begin trying to relieve the left glute pain I have been suffering with for 2 months or more. The Smithfield location is great, only 5 minutes from my home. I would highly recommend the Total Physio team to anyone.

Google MapsI highly recommend Linzi Desmond at Smithfield Physio. She was extremely lovely, warm, kind and caring, while also being very professional. She took the time to actively listen to my concerns, especially as I was in quite a bit of pain and had not been to many remedial massage therapists before. She really thought carefully about how to target my specific areas of pain and helped release deep stiffness around my hip, which significantly reduced the pins and needles I had been experiencing. Her technique was excellent, with nice strong pressure, while still checking in regularly to make sure I felt comfortable. She made me feel relaxed, cared for and genuinely listened to. I also really appreciated her recommendations about follow up appointments and seeing other specialists, which felt very thoughtful and on point. I would absolutely recommend Lindsay to anyone looking for a caring, skilled and attentive remedial massage therapist. Thankyou Linzi
