Calacare have been my primary home care service through NDIS this past year, and I am so ridiculously grateful for their support... I've seen some of the difficulties family members have had with their own Aged Care and Disability services, and I feel genuinely blessed to have found a service where everyone I deal with is so consistently caring, thoughtful and invested in my wellbeing.

I have considerable experience in the sector and have previously worked with providers here in Ballarat, but they don't even come close to Calacare. The level of attention, care, dedication, and professionalism shown to participants is truly remarkable. This disability service provider prioritizes quality of life and support for its participants. Thank you for such excellent work for our community.

Everyone at Calacare have exceptionally kind, understanding and honestly just fantastic company. There's a variety of workers and staff of all ages, genders and personality, so it doesn't take long to find someone you really mesh with. The staff have great experience and nothing feels cookie-cutter or stock standard, there's real people for real people. Their weekly programmes have great variety and they often check in with me to see if I'm interested in events that suit my interests, and to check how I'm going. I generally feel well-cared for and it's reassuring to have people on my side when there's often a lot of stress, both with NDIS and my own health issues. It can be overwhelming especially with how many NDIS providers there are- but Calacare have been stand-out in NDIS support and knowledge, and I'm so glad we went with them.

The Calacare support workers have been fantastic. Very reliable, great people skills and so warm and friendly. I have also appreciated he rostering staff helping us with disability specific needs and making adjustments like sending us an email of who is coming week to week. This has been so helpful to us.
