God help you if you are allocated to this care company. They are controlling with the visa bound carers (who I feel sorry for). Management have there favourites who are pushed most of the work. Avoid if you can

See how the majority of reviews come from care2care staff rather than service users/families/friends? Care2care do not care about their service users, even with cctv in place and cctv evidence provided to the company, they will still not take any responsibility for their staff providing a poor level standard of care. I genuinely feel for anyone on their own that do not have anyone to represent them. Massive safeguarding issues with this company, especially when it comes to prescribed medications and topical ointments even though instructions of what to do are very thorough. Would not trust this company with your loved ones (especially if theres skin conditions to be treated) and would say installing cctv if you can is recommended as they call you a liar without evidence in attempt to cover up their wrongdoings. Care2care can try to defend this review all they want, however issues have been raised on several occasions and staff fail to ignore them which is negligence. Be careful when it comes to invoicing if you employ them privately as you could end up been billed for time staff aren't even in the property. Staff do not treat service users with dignity or respect which continued for a long period of time, policies put in place still did not prevent this from happening. Care2care are an absolute disgrace.

Don't use this company look else where they are a circus of a company staff are not trained well at all don't know what they are doing management are a joke I spoken to a woman I think look like she walked around with carpets under her arms .She had no clue about care ,and the mother daughter team running this circus are a joke ,as far as medication wow think it's a child running that part I would not trust them to administer a tik tak 😞 over all very poor

I WOULD GET CCTV if you have this company.If I could give them no star I would off. This company neglect there clients. They don't administer medications correctly don't follow policy's in regards to reporting none taken medication. Leave client in bed. Have been none to leave soiled pads off for hours and they new it was soiled. Leave choke risk clients with there food unattended to get off early. Staff don't have good communication skills. Don't wear uniforms and scare there clients. Speak there own language in front off English speakers. Cannot do simple tasks like clean washing clothes. Didn't have correct moving and handling training also medication training. Don't clean the client properly wile in the shower. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Mother owner and daughter talk the talk but the company cannot walk the walk. We have never had a company so bad at doing there jobs.
