Used Care2care on a recommendation, the company are very good they call to my mum once a day (morning) and clean one day a week. They are very good polite helpful and understanding with our needs showering, dressing they always have a chat. Visits are to your timings we started with on hour and carers recommended to reduce to 45 minutes. If anything is wrong ie marks on the body they always inform me. Very rarely late only happens twice due to problem at visit before. Had a fall they called the ambulance and waited for it to arrive. When they arrive always welcoming on coming into the house, ask how mum is. Nothing is too much trouble they set the washer/dryer and make bed(change if needed) Thank you care2care.

As a family, especially living further away, it means everything to know she is in such caring hands. It brings us real peace of mind knowing she’s in such capable and compassionate hands.
