Google MapsNot a good service the support workers where not trained and the management is so unorganised they don't think about the clients at all. Denise should run the company she has to fix everyone's problems. I hope you guys get investigated by the ndis. They put me and the support worker endanger and have neglected me on some occasions. I am never going with you ever again.

Google MapsPlease don't use this company honesty used them for respite for my daughter abi autistic . They are unsafe !!! Dont do it !!!were late for the respite . Management didn't know where the worker was . They never read the careplan which is so important to keep your vulnerable ones safe . They didn't do the shopping for the respite didn't book the activities . Nancy the lady who sold me the respite told me not to call the after hours number unless emergency on respite when I was just returning their call . They ruined my stay in adelaide to visit my mum because of the stress . I had to teach one of the workers how to cook potatoes peas and steak because they didn't do the shopping for the respite as promised .I did this while i was away with my wife first time in two years .the next morning they forgot her breakfast with her medication again didn't read the careplan . That's just unacceptable!!!I had to go to the beach as the worker couldn't swim so my daughter could swim because they took her to the beach with a worker who had no bathers or could not swim .i was so stressed by this point I didn't trust them with her in the water . It was the most stressful experience I have had with a ndis service . Just don't do it. How they actually operate I have no idea . Quality and care commission will be hearing of this .honestly please don't go with them they will tell you everything you want to hear and then it starts .

Google Mapsthey made promises, they listen and they got all the medical and family information to be able to complete the Care Plan. Instead they delivery a terrible service, got 1 hour late on the first day of care, provided Carers with NO KNOWDLEGE OF THE CARE PLAN, they didn't buy enough groceries for the carer to make a decent dinner, several distress calls from our daughter to us ( who has Autism and ABI). The list of terrible services goes on. No! NEVER AGAIN CARE ASSURE!

Google MapsMy son is living at one of the SIL properties with Care Assure for more than a year now and things have never been better. The whole team is thorough and caring towards my son. The team devoted towards their job. I have even met the Directors of the organisation who visit my son regularly to ensure everything is going smoothly. Highly recommended company for NDIS support services.
