Google MapsGoing to a counsellor who wanted to teach me to "sit on my hands" to calm my anxiety and pointed out the flaws in my "Support network" Gee thanks, I feel so much better about myself knowing I don't have anyone I can count on! When was the helping supposed to start? Mental health services are a joke.
