Update for details of why 1 star. I had a mediator assigned to me. After waiting 3 months he quit and I quickly got assigned a new mediator. Yomi. The 3 hr session was disjointed and was only given my first offer 2 hrs and 50 minutes into a 3hour mediation session. With no time to negotiate on anything the session was ended with poor results. Very much so a muck around by centacare for 4 months in my case

Managed to ban my self from all pokies. Great counselling options. Not ready enjoying awakening to this phase off all time mos this last 10 years. Grate staff. Grate support. Willing to go above and beyond to support anyone in need and Grate for struggling family's.
