I have to be honest , before meeting Mary I thought I knew what a support coordinator did, it seems I was terribly wrong and my my family member with a disability was being ripped off and funding was being wasted. Mary not only has shown kindness and empathy to my families needs but is vigilant where needed and strong when we are weak and need support but is emotionally involved when we are seeking for support. I am grateful to her and her guidance. I’m not the most educated when it comes to NDIS however she explains everything that is needed and takes control of situations when we are out of our depth. I have no reservations with recommending Mary.
