The management of this organisation is absolutely appauling. They treat staff so poorly, demoralising, rude and downright nasty. They do not look out for their clients, simply out for the money and not for the best interest of the client. Absolutely gone down hill very quickly in the past year. Shameful

ZERO STARS!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY After using this service for 5 years, one of my windows shattered while 3 Challenge staff were at my house using a whipper snipper. I have requested that Challenge pay my insurance excess of $600, but they flatly refuse, as they claim to have "CONDUCTED A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION AND DETERMINED WE ARE NOT AT FAULT IN THIS MATTER". Even the CFO and GM upheld decision! The "thorough investigation" was a sham. I am a disabled person and have taken pride in using this service, but am shocked and disappointed that they simply can't admit the possibility of fault and pay my out-of-pocket excess. I have immediately severed my long-standing relationship with this unrepentant and obstinate company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
