Don't recommend these people at allive been with them few months and in that time I had 2 male cleaners even though I requested a female I had a female that did half a job and then never came back this company is ridiculous and they put me in danger by letting someone accept my job that I have a past with I have a disability I'm on NDIS but this company doesn't care about their clients then they try to boss U around in Ur own home like who do U think U are and putting me in danger like that isn't on I have dvos on people for a reason and they let someone accept it we have been having trouble with this company from day dot if U need a cleaner look somewhere else as this company are ridiculous

Customer beware! Clean homes hides behind absolute domestics to take advantage of people with disabilities, leaving them excessively out of pocket for a so called 'clean' and despite repeated pleas refusing to do anything about it.

good service only thing I recommend is knowing if they service your area and if there's an abundance of cleaners in that specific area

I have the most wonderful cleaner Angela, she has been with my family for over 10years. My house is cleaned to a high standard. My cleaner is reliable, friendly and efficient extremely professional. I totally recommend this company.

Beware!! Would rate a zero stars if I could! First we used absolute domestics, in which we had no problems but switched to Clean Homes as we had NDIS funding, therefore needed to change cleaners. The first cleaner that came was terrifying. We discovered the window had been taken out of its tracks and not put back in - just blowing in the breeze against the roller blinds. My $1000 vacuum cleaner looked like it has been mopped with. I went to use it and water gushed out of it, the cleaner also had a hygiene problem and the home needed to be aired out afterwards as it there was a strong odor, towels just dumped on the floor, and it didn’t look / smell clean - awful, just awful. It was actually traumatising. I complained and it took nearly a month to send another cleaner. Well this cleaner came a couple of times, no problems. On the 3rd time - she didn’t show up. Odd considering we had a conversation the day before confirming times etc. I text her and she told me she was sick. No problems. A fortnight later the cleaner contacted me. We again arranged the time for the next day. Again I waited, again she never showed. I tried texting, calling, I contacted Clean Homes, they tried texting / calling and were unable to contact her. Clean Homes did say that they will find a replacement cleaner . I’ve received intermittent messages saying that they are working on my booking. And a phone call today to say that they haven’t found anyone. From the last contact when the cleaner went awol until today hearing from Clean Homes with just the messages in between was around 5-6 weeks. Not good enough and I wouldn’t recommend.
