My farher had a stroke almost 5 years ago, he was doing good until he got sick about 6 months ago, he was in hospital then respite for a month. We wanted him home with the best care possible. I was referred to Clovet through a lovely lady that works with my sister. I called and spoke to Tegan Redmond, the best move I made. I have never spoken to anyone that was as caring and comforting, Tegan was amazing, we organised a time for Tegan and Richelle to come meet my mum and sister. The girls were unbelievably caring, so supportive and they knew exactly what we needed to give dad the best care possible. I don’t think I have the words to describe how the carers from clover came into our home and looked after dad and mum, the girls that Tegan got for us were so caring so genuine. I don’t think I could have gotten better care anywhere else in fact I know we couldn’t. Tegan and her staff are extremely supportive and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs care for there parents or care in general, they all became family to our family I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for my father and my family. family. Tegan has been incredible—she really listened to what I needed and matched me with support staff who fit in perfectly with my home, my routine, and my life in general. Communication has been spot on too. Anytime I’ve needed something or had a question, they’ve been easy to reach and genuinely helpful. It’s made a huge difference knowing I have the right people backing me up and supporting me in the ways I actually need.
