We have dealt with the team at Berwick a number of times now and found all of them to be helpful and very professional. Over the last week Matt and especially Richard, have both gone above and beyond assisting my family with our required equipment. We spent around an hour with Richard yesterday as he assisted us with our queries, and shared a laugh as we made our decisions. The level of customer service by particularly Richard has been exceptional. I will have no hesitation returning to see the team for my disability needs in the future. Thanks heaps team 👍

We have dealt with coastcare a number of times with satisfactory service. However we purchased a mobility scooter for my husband in late December but he was never able to use it due to a rapid deterioration in his health. I wanted to return the scooter but was told that it was outside 7 day return policy they would not take it back. I was very willing to pay some costs to return it but unable to get an agreement. I understand their policies but I would have hoped for some compassion and the opportunity for them to sell the scooter again at full price

Coastcare Medical in Berwick are fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they apply great knowledge and understanding to each specific need. Bianca in particular is wonderful; professional, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend them.

I was blown away buy how very helpful the staff at coastcare medical equipment and hire and sales in Berwick were. It was my first visit I was looked after by a gorgeous girl by the name of Bianca she went beyond and above trying to find a moon boot in my size especially over Christmas because a lot of places ate closed however she did say she would chase it up with the other stores and get in touch with me on the same day which she did so yes I would highly recommend them particularly Bianca and I'm sure the other staff members are just as helpful. So yes if you're looking for anything in that area give this place a go. I know where I'll be going in the futture.
