I needed help to dissemble an electric hospital bed. I hoped that manufacturers Cobalt could help. Everyone I dealt with from Elaine at reception were friendly and happy to help me so promptly, to Jimmy who brought me a stand for the bed and to Jason who dismantled it so it is ready and waiting to help someone else. The sales staff were very friendly and helpful. Above and beyond. The only issue I experienced was actually finding the place. The maps app took me a completely different street. Directions could be a little clearer. It was only that I spotted the sign that I was able to find the store.

My disabled mother needed a table. I contacted Jim from Cobalt. Jim is a GEM! Jim & his team are very kind , caring & professional. Jim delivered the tables and even set it up for Mumma too. I highly recommend these disablity tables to anyone. The Quality of the tables are 5/5. My mother loves the quality of the wood too.

Again we needed the support & disability equipment from Cobalt. Jim was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Cobalt. I emailed Jim & asked him about a disability Foot Stool for my mother's wheelchair. Within 24 hours, Jim came back with a price $100 cheaper inclusive of delivery than the other Australian Companies.
