Cobalt Health are impressive! Working in health it is so difficult to find a trustworthy and reliable service. They offer a personalised service and really care about getting it right. Their response time is second to none, they are not afraid to go the extra mile to help clients and myself, even when the equipment is not theirs to dismantle / repair. Since using Cobalt my stress has reduced significantly. Ellen in the office is just lovely, responding quickly to any question so I can keep working without delay. Jacqueline is the best rep I have ever worked with, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience and I have learnt a lot from her. She is responsive, trustworthy and committed, even working on weekends to meet the clients needs. I highly recommend this company for all your equipment needs.

We had Jacqueline Murison come out to demo reclining chairs for my elderly mum. Jaqueline was fantastic when dealing with mum. She is so patient and understanding and really knows how to communicate clearly and caringly with an elderly woman whose grasp of English is not the best. I would definitely recommend Cobalt Health and I have nothing but full praise for Jac :-) Thank you so much!
