We had an urgent purchase and were amazed by the customer service both over the phone and in person. We were assisted by Ellen and she went above and beyond with helping us. All the team members we met helped with our questions and needs. Can not thank them enough for the urgent assistance to provide a mobility aid and would highly recommend them for anyone that requires mobility aids.

My husband & I were referred here to find the best recliner chair to suit his needs. No sooner than we arrived, we were met in the carpark by the lovely Jac. We were shown to the showroom where Jac already had a variety of chairs set up on display for us to try to see which we preferred. Jac was most knowledgeable about all the chairs she had on display & readily pointed out the best aspects of each chair for our needs, recommending the one would best suit our needs. The whole experience was relaxing & no pressure was asserted in any way. Jac was easy & very lovely to talk too & we shared a few laughs during the session too. By the time we left the showroom, we were very comfortable in the choices we had made for our chairs & felt total confidence in the way Jac handled our visit. From that day until the chairs were in our house & set up, Jac kept us up to date regularly on the due delivery of the chairs. On the day of the delivery, we had the delightful & very funny Jasper visit our home to deliver & set up both our chairs. We were all in fits of laughter during his visit. He was just so entertaining & very friendly. After the delivery, we were further pleased to hear from Jac, to check that we were happy with our purchase & experiences of using Cobalt Health. We even had a follow up contact with Jac to ensure all was going well with the chairs. My husband & I are so impressed by the service we have received from Cobalt Health, especially Jac. Couldnt find a fault with anything in our dealings. Jacs product knowledge was outstanding, the way things were handled re the ordering & delivery was faultless. Rest assured, it is well worth the drive to Cranbourne West to the lovely new showroom of Cobalt Health if you are in need of disability products. Jacqueline Murison is a wealth of knowledge. I came to her with an issue I had been trying to sort out for 8 weeks with another company and within 2hrs Jac had the order on its way. I’ve been dealing with Anthony Reid. He has been very helpful in finding the best solution for my needs, very good range of product knowledge which gave me options. I was able to try them out in their showroom which was great. The whole customer experience at Cobalt was great. I found the best solution for me and I’m happy with my purchase. Price was the product was cheaper than other suppliers which added to my happiness. So excellent customer service and excellent price and excellent product making it the perfect place to shop for your needs, look no further and seek out Anthony, he really was helpful and cared about my needs as the priority. I’ve approached them to enquire about a spare part. They were quick at responding back to me. Ordered the part and they got it transferred from Sydney to their premises. Very quick and easy to deal with. Thank you. Definitely recommended.
