We have sincerely appreciated Community Care Hub for their genuine, holistic and thoughtful approach in providing support to our extended family. Moe and Rachelle have a team who genuinely care about their participants. Community Care Hub operate in a manner that ensures they always act in the best interest of their clients. Community Care Hub are consultative and inclusive with all stakeholders who are key to the participants life. Community Care Hub goes the extra mile helping their clients and families live better, connected, independent and purpose filled lives.

I have been supported by Community Care Hub Australia for a number of months now, they support me with community care access, daily support with exercise, mental health, shopping, appointments and now ISL. Being with Community Care Hub has been a great experience and I have gained a lot of confidence in my daily life especially living independently. A huge thank you to Community Care Hub - Moe, Rachelle and my support workers, my life has definitely become happier since working with the team.
